By purchasing any subscription, premium feature, add-on, or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where expressly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

2. Subscription Renewals

Premium subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually).

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.

Removing the Ticketo bot from your Discord server does not cancel your subscription.

Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Renewed subscriptions after billing
  • Unused subscription time
  • Activated premium add-ons
  • Custom deployments
  • Setup or configuration services
  • Lifetime subscriptions (if offered)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

4. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Verified technical failure preventing access
  • Fraudulent payment confirmed by the payment provider
  • Situations required by consumer protection law

5. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date unless otherwise required by law.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination
  • Removal of premium features
  • Restriction from future purchases
  • Recovery of administrative costs where permitted by law

You are encouraged to contact support before filing a dispute.

7. Abuse of Refund Policy

Refund requests may be denied if repeated abuse, fraudulent claims, exploitation attempts, or violations of the Terms of Service are identified.

8. EU Consumer Rights

If you reside in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days.

However, if you request immediate access to digital services and begin using premium features, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be waived where legally permitted.

9. Termination & Refunds

If access is terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service, no refund will be provided and remaining subscription time is forfeited.

10. Policy Changes

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Updates apply to purchases made after the revised version is published.
