Last Updated: 15 February 2026
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Server Owner", "Administrator") and Ticketo.
By accessing or using Ticketo, including https://ticketo.xyz, the Ticketo Discord Bot, dashboard, APIs, or premium services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Account Requirements
1.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use Ticketo. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
1.2 Authority
If you use Ticketo on behalf of a server, organization, or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Discord account
- All activities occurring under your account
- Proper configuration and management of the bot
- Cancelling subscriptions before renewal
Removing the bot from your server does not cancel your subscription.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the Services
- Circumvent technical or security measures
- Attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Ticketo.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited communications
- Facilitate fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Bypass rate limits or access controls
- Impersonate Ticketo
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Access may be suspended or terminated without notice for violations. No refunds will be issued for enforcement actions.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content submitted through tickets ("User Content").
By using the Services, you grant Ticketo a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Services.
You represent that:
- You have the necessary rights to submit the content
- Your content does not violate applicable law
- Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party
5. Transcripts & Data Handling
Closed tickets may be stored as transcripts unless disabled by server administrators.
General retention guidelines:
- Free servers: data may be deleted approximately 30 days after removal
- Premium servers: retained for up to 90 days
Data may be reviewed or disclosed if required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate suspected illegal activity, fraud, or abuse. Additional details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
6. Premium Subscriptions & Billing
Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing using your selected payment method.
Pricing may change with reasonable notice before the next billing cycle. Failure to cancel before renewal does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility is determined at discretion unless otherwise required by law.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension or termination of Services.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive activity
- Security risks
- Legal compliance requirements
- Infrastructure misuse
Upon termination:
- Access to the Services ends immediately
- Data may be deleted in accordance with retention policies
- Outstanding fees remain payable
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
9. Security & Vulnerability Disclosure
Security is taken seriously. If you discover a vulnerability, you must:
- Report it to [email protected]
- Avoid public disclosure until resolved
- Avoid exploiting the vulnerability beyond proof-of-concept
- Avoid accessing data that does not belong to you
Discretionary rewards may be provided for responsible disclosures. Unauthorized testing or exploitation voids safe harbor protections.
10. Data Processing Roles
Server administrators act as Data Controllers. Ticketo acts as Data Processor.
Data is processed only as necessary to:
- Operate ticket functionality
- Store server configuration
- Generate transcripts
- Provide premium features
Discord passwords are never stored.
Processed data may include:
- Discord user IDs
- Usernames and avatars
- Channel and role IDs
- Ticket messages and attachments
- Metadata such as timestamps and message IDs
Infrastructure and payment providers may be used under appropriate safeguards. In the event of a personal data breach, affected parties will be notified where required by law. Data may be processed outside your jurisdiction with appropriate safeguards.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
All warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticketo shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ticketo from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
- Your User Content
14. Dispute Resolution
Informal resolution must be attempted by contacting [email protected] before initiating legal action.
Where permitted by law:
- Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration
- Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action
15. Force Majeure
No liability shall arise for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or third-party outages.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections may apply depending on jurisdiction.
17. Changes to Terms
Terms may be modified at any time. Material changes may be communicated via website notice, dashboard notification, or Discord announcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Invalidity in one jurisdiction does not affect validity in others.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements or understandings.
20. Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent. Assignment by Ticketo may occur without restriction, including in connection with mergers or acquisitions.
